My name is Maxine Cordova, and I am pursuing a Master of Science at Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene, MCPHS University. I am requesting your participation in a survey about dental hygienists’ knowledge, attitudes, and practices of alcohol screenings in dental settings.
To participate in the survey, you must hold an active dental hygiene license, be fluent in English and have provided patient care in a clinical setting for at least one year.
