We guarantee our items to be described as accurately as possible.  Please look closely at any measurements, we can not refund if it doesn't fit.  We guarantee fast shipping or your bid amount back!  (must have proof WE made a mistake).  We will insure breakable items, but you can add insurance on other items if you like.  Delivery confirmation is ALWAYS included in U.S. Shipments.

We guarantee that the products are high quality and any damage will be noted in the description.  If there is a flaw not mentioned in the auction, we apologize as we are only human and can make mistakes.  We will gladly refund your bid amount and return shipping ONLY upon return of the item.  Can not offer any money prior to return of item.

Refunds are based on your bid amount & initial shipping if item is returned in its original condition within 14 days of end of auction, AND it is within the terms as stated above. 

Since the original shipping has already been paid, it can not be refunded.
