* The September issue goes to approximately 1800 to 2000 hygienists.
All other issues go to GHDHS members only, approximately 350 hygienists.

                                            

Advertising in the newsletter is offered in the following sizes:

A full Page (7 ½" x 9 ½")	Rate:  $180.00
A half Page (7 ½" x 4 ½")   or (3 ⅝" x 9 ½")	Rate:  $120.00
A quarter Page (3 ⅝" x 4 ½")	Rate:  $90.00
A one-eighth Page (3 ½" x 2")	Rate:  $45.00

You may also purchase a full year, which consists of 5 issues. 
If you pay the full year by July 31, 2007 you will receive a 5% discount for the whole year. 

 Camera-ready ads must be received by the advertising deadline. 
Sending ads via e-mail would be preferable.
